Double Happiness Photography

I sometimes get calls from parents with very new babies, who want to book me for a time months in the future when their child is several months older.  I think the best time is NOW.  While I am happy to make photographs of children at any stage and age, I think it’s vital to get natural photography at this newest of times–a good intention that sometimes gets lost in the routines of bottles, diapers and feedings. 

Here’s my son, Artist, at day 3, eleven years ago.  

         I love the grace and beauty of the transitory changes occurring daily.
